Dear Boy Scouts of America,

To sit at the top of the mountain, having achieved one's goals, to gain the experience and the wisdom while enjoying the rest, having accomplished what one sets out to achieve should then involve going and thinking about what the goals meant to you when you started out. Think about your fears and then remember it was one step at a time. It was the accomplishments of each step: whether it was easy or difficult, they, all complied along with the many moments that you had in remembering the value of the goal.

What and who did you think about? What gave you the incentive? One small step for mankind and an accumulation of small steps for success.
